You will see from the tables below that there are a large number of candidates. The Piha R&R Committee notes that Sandra Coney has been a strong advocate for Piha, but has stepped down from the Waitākere Ranges Local Board. Piha needs strong representation. The committee does not endorse or recommend any particular candidates. However, for your information, we note that incumbent Board Members Mark Allen and Michelle Clayton have a history of supporting Piha, and Piha resident Hannah Slade is a new candidate standing for election. You may see fit to consider these candidates.
