Piha R&R News Update - 21st December

Is summer finally here?: - It seems that as soon as we get some fine, sunny weather and the feel of summer, along comes another rainy day. However, the Bowling Green is looking good and being well used and the and the Tennis Court is also well patronised. West Coast Gallery and Piha Commubity Library are enjoying seeing their regulars and look forward to increased patronage and sales over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

Piha R&R AGM (Annual General Meeting): As a departure from past years, the Piha R&R Association AGM will be held at Barnett Hall on Saturday, 31dt January, 2026 at 2:00pm. All welcome to bring your thoughts and ideas that may help your community Association to support initiatives and efforts to maintain and enhance our unique and cherished coastal village.

Piha Community News: The latest edition o0f the PCN is now available, so get your copy from the Piha Store, Library, or Piha Post Office. Members free copy is available from the Piha Post Office.

Piha R&R Membership Fees ($25) and Piha Community Post Office Box rental Fees ($125 Including required Membership) are now due: See below for payment details.

Membership: We encourage all those in the Piha community to become members. Strong membership gives us a strong voice to advocate with Council for improved services, maintenance and infrastructure for Piha. Fees are currently $25 per member for the year. (1st November, 2024 thru 31 October, 2025.) This includes free copies of the Piha Community News. Please support your community.
