Meeting Information and Procedures
All members welcome to the Open Forum at the beginning of the meeting which provides the opportunity for members to present items or raise any issues. Alternatively you can make it a formal agenda item by contacting the secretary to request your item be put on the agenda.
Piha R&R Open Forum guidelines:
If you wish to speak at one of the monthly Piha R&R committee meetings, you do not need to give notice to the Committee Secretary, but it is recommended. · You can speak for a maximum of five minutes at Open Forum at the beginning of the meeting. · You may not verbally criticise or question or debate with elected members. · Elected members can ask questions after your address. · No resolution will be made on your presentation, unless the presentation is relevant to an Agenda item, upon which it will be considered at the appropriate time.
